Associate Professor Stafford's qualifications
Associate Professor Stafford completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of the Witwatersrand, and Bachelor of Social Sciences Honours and Master of Arts in Psychology at the University of Cape Town. She then completed a Master of Clinical Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Melbourne.

Associate Professor Stafford is endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist by the Psychology Board of Australia of the Australian Health Practitioner's Regulation Authority (AHPRA).

She is a Principal Fellow (Associate Professor) in the Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences at the University of Melbourne. Until February 2022, she was the Head of Clinical Psychology at the Royal Women's Hospital.
